About the Role

• Identify opportunities and manage construction support for multi‑discipline power design projects. • Serve as primary client contact, building and maintaining internal and external relationships. • Collaborate with marketing on proposal development and opportunity tracking. • Oversee contract and MSA negotiations, conduct resource recruitment, and approve invoices and budgets for multiple projects. • Decide staffing levels, allocate field resources, and coordinate external partners for large projects. • Lead business development for construction services and achieve annual growth goals. • Develop and execute QA/QC processes and maintain project document control. • Assist or lead projects as client lead or project manager. • Support acquisition and growth of new and existing clients across the United States. • Use estimating software (Timberline), scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or SureTrak), and project management platforms (Prolog).

What You Bring

• Hold construction or design certifications (preferred). • Interpret construction schedules effectively. • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • Have at least 2 years of experience in construction planning and management, including field engineering, submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety. • Proficient with Microsoft Office. • Experienced with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc. • No sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is available now or in the future.
