About the Role
You will manage all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture, and actively resolve client concerns related to Soft Services using your domain expertise. You will be working on the designated site, reporting to the Property Manager. • Manage cleaning services for common areas, including chemicals, consumables, equipment maintenance, waste management and hygiene standards. • Conduct daily rounds to identify and address building cleaning needs. • Create work plans, inspect sites and assign cleaning/maintenance tasks to teams. • Brief and de‑brief staff on duties, standards and special instructions; maintain operational procedures and budget records. • Maintain inventory, order supplies/equipment, and prepare reports such as DMR, MMR and QBR while managing budgets. • Plan quarterly beautification changes and coordinate festivals/events; oversee landscaping and gardening. • Manage vendor personnel, contracts, compliance and attendance for assigned units. • Enforce site discipline, proper attire and etiquette among supervised staff. • Facilitate employee growth through periodic training and skill‑enhancement programs. • Support employee relations issues and ensure statutory compliance. • Develop, review and improve SOPs, processes and programs. • Prepare and implement checklists; keep janitor closets and storage areas orderly.

Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software is a plus.
