About the Role
The Senior National Account Manager will join Kraus’s Omnichannel Retail Sales team, working directly with Home Depot and cross‑functional partners such as Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, and Channel Marketing. This fast‑paced, highly analytical role focuses on driving customer advocacy and sales growth across Home Depot’s platforms. Key responsibilities include developing a playbook for omnichannel growth, leading promotional planning and performance tracking, and negotiating customer programs for profitable results. The manager will optimize pricing, advertising, and supply‑chain execution to secure strong digital‑shelf placement, while coordinating internal and customer‑facing meetings to ensure project accountability and alignment across brand, product, and channel teams. • Develop and maintain an omnichannel growth playbook for Home Depot. • Lead promotional planning, execution, and performance metric tracking. • Strategically negotiate customer programs to drive profitable growth. • Optimize pricing, promotion, advertising, and supply‑chain for digital‑shelf placement. • Coordinate internal and customer‑facing meetings to ensure project accountability. • Build and align strategies across brand, product, and channel teams. • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and supply‑chain coordination.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience) and have at least five years of eCommerce account management experience with a major omnichannel retailer. Strong financial acumen, data‑analysis skills (Power BI a plus), and the ability to build relationships and communicate complex topics at all levels are essential, as is the capacity to multitask, solve problems, and travel up to 20 % of the time. • Require BS in Business/Marketing and 5+ years eCommerce account management experience. • Demonstrate strong financial acumen and data‑analysis ability; Power BI a plus. • Exhibit excellent relationship‑building and communication skills at all organizational levels. • Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Travel up to 20% of the time.
