About the Role
The Field Safety Representative II promotes the Company’s IIF culture by ensuring every co‑worker returns home safely each night. The position is 100 % field‑based, focusing on observing, coaching, and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors, and may supervise lower‑level safety staff. The representative also serves as a resource, sharing safety lessons, recognizing positive behavior, and embedding with project teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity. • Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by bringing a safety resource on the project • Assists in project compliance with all safety rules and regulations • Assists with or conducts case management • Ensures a safe work environment • Participates in training/certifications

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in a safety‑related major and at least 2 years of concrete construction and safety experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must obtain OSHA 30‑hour certification within 3 months
