About the Role
The Senior Technical Product Manager will drive technical excellence across product management, program execution, and business growth for advanced communications, electronic warfare, digital signal processing, and signals intelligence solutions. This role combines hands‑on engineering work with leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams to develop and deliver cutting‑edge hardware and software capabilities. • Lead technical product lifecycle and design EW hardware and software capabilities. • Analyze industry and customer requirements to define product roadmap and strategy. • Direct multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve program milestones within budget and schedule. • Serve as primary liaison with customers and executive leadership, providing project status updates. • Create innovative concepts across hardware, real‑time software, signal processing, integration and test. • Engage client decision‑makers to showcase capabilities and shape future opportunities. • Deliver technical support to customers and coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams. • Manage geographically dispersed engineering teams and subcontractors to produce contract deliverables. • Oversee cost, schedule, and performance for tasks involving both technical and non‑technical personnel. • Conduct market research to assess new business opportunities, budgets, competition, and acquisition strategies. • Organize meetings with customers, competitors, and partners to gather market insight. • Produce technical reports and documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least eight years of technical product management experience (15+ years preferred), a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field, and proven expertise in EW, SIGINT, DSP or communications systems. Desired qualifications include R&D experience, the ability to work independently while communicating frequently, and a Top Secret/SCI‑eligible security clearance. • Possess 8+ years as a Technical Product Manager (15+ years preferred) and a Bachelor’s in EE, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred. • Experience as a solutions architect for EW or software‑centric products, with knowledge of EW, SIGINT, DSP, and communications systems. • Demonstrated leadership of small, multi‑disciplinary technical teams. • US citizenship required; Top Secret/SCI‑eligible clearance preferred.
