About the Role
The Associate, Steam & Woodwork is a cross‑trained position at Watkins Wellness that supports production of steam generators and sauna components. The role blends electrical assembly and woodworking tasks, requiring flexibility, precision, and teamwork to maintain smooth workflow across departments. • Assemble electrical sub‑assemblies and complete steam generators per detailed instructions • Perform quality inspections and functional testing of steam units • Cut, route, sand, and assemble sauna parts using hand and power tools • Keep work areas organized and maintain safety standards • Identify and suggest process or quality improvements

What You Bring
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work orders • Attend reliably and collaborate effectively with team members • Hold a high school diploma or GED • Possess 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or electrical assembly (preferred) • Able to lift 40–80 lb occasionally • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a quality focus
