• Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously. • Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and efficiently. • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins. • Maintain up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter data. • Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents. • Complete monthly administrative tasks and keep paperwork organized. • Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer match.

What You Bring
