About the Role
The Meetings & Events Manager role in Atlanta is a client‑facing position that designs and executes workplace events in state‑of‑the‑art conference spaces, driving strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with business units, leading end‑to‑end event management, establishing performance metrics, championing innovation, managing high‑stakes executive events, acting as central command between stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement through feedback, and developing team excellence through training. • Cultivate strategic partnerships with client business units to develop tailored event strategies. • Lead end‑to‑end planning, optimization, and flawless execution of meetings and events. • Set and track performance metrics to enhance program effectiveness and attendee experience. • Identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices based on industry trends. • Manage complex, high‑profile executive events with meticulous planning and support. • Serve as primary liaison among internal stakeholders, external vendors, and venue management. • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to drive continuous program improvement. • Design and deliver training programs for staff on customer experience and professional development. • Provide 5+ years of leadership in meeting/event planning or hospitality with supervisory experience.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership experience in meeting and event planning or hospitality, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments. Additional qualifications include executive‑level client management, strong analytical and financial acumen, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably a CMP certification and a bachelor’s degree. • Demonstrate executive‑level client management and strong analytical/financial skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook); adaptable to changing priorities. • Preferred: CMP certification and a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Benefits
Compensation is $80,000‑85,000 plus a 10% targeted bonus; work schedule is Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with flexibility for after‑hours events; the role is on‑site in Atlanta and does not offer visa sponsorship.
