Job Highlights
About the Role
• Travel regularly to the construction site and work onsite Monday–Friday in Rayville, LA. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain end‑to‑end construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi‑project environments. • Integrate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction teams into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, defining roles and responsibilities for company and contractors. • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to preserve schedule integrity and perform quality assurance. • Consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports and progress updates for the client. • Produce high‑level look‑ahead reports (1, 3, 6 months) and conduct probabilistic, trend, and critical‑path analyses. • Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks, propose corrective actions, and communicate potential delays. • Ensure compliance with SOX control requirements where applicable. • Create large‑scale construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, preferably with commissioning experience.

What You Bring
The company is hiring an experienced Senior Scheduler for its data‑center team on a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires onsite presence Monday‑Friday, with a per‑diem available for those who cannot relocate. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and managing construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, deep knowledge of scheduling best practices and project controls, and excellent client‑facing communication skills. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and capable of converting data into Tableau visualizations. • Background in project controls; BS in Engineering, Business, or related field; PSP certification (AACE) and EIT preferred. • Exhibit excellent independent work ethic, collaboration, and communication skills to advise management on schedule risks.
