About the Role
The Electrical/Electronic Engineer will design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing of a wide range of electrical and electronic equipment, from broadcast systems to power‑generation components. The role supports NIWC Pacific Engineer, Systems III, by providing AV design, integration, and testing for C2 facilities. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 and the position is onsite/in‑office. • Provide AV design, installation, and integration for C2 facilities. • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and apply corrective actions. • Coordinate government acceptance, turnover, and user training documentation. • Build and integrate control system viewer and room‑scheduling components on the network. • Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides to all AV solutions. • Deliver work timely and professionally while staying current with industry trends. • Communicate progress, prioritize tasks, and adhere to contract requirements.

What You Bring
• Configure and program audiovisual system controllers and switch matrices. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (mandatory). • At least seven years of mechanical, structural, or electrical/electronic design experience (mandatory). • Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory). • Pass background check and pre‑hire drug test (mandatory). • Experience in Audio Visual Engineering & Design (preferred). • AVIXA Certified Technical Specialist – Design (CTS‑D) certification (preferred). • AQAV Certified Quality Designer (CQD) certification (preferred). • Knowledge of quality monitoring and design review processes (preferred).
