What You Bring
A Counter Sales Associate demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers, processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and pulls orders as required. The associate also communicates product features, benefits, warranty policies, provides technical advice, troubleshoots issues, and upsells related products and promotions. Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of excellent customer service, experience with sales order software—preferably Oracle—knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency. • Demonstrate knowledge of construction and industrial products, troubleshoot issues. • Preferred: proven success in customer service, experience with Oracle or similar sales software, construction product knowledge, Spanish proficiency.
