About the Role
In this role you will perform clerical work that includes reviewing, processing, and maintaining accounting and construction‑related documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while upholding MasTec’s commitment to safety and excellence. • Collaborate with regional management, project managers, and accounting staff on varied tasks. • File and organize office documents both paper and electronically. • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors. • Review invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment. • Enter invoices daily with appropriate approvals. • Process 2‑ and 3‑way purchase order invoices and act as primary contact to resolve issues. • Prepare accurate documents and manage records. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Perform accurate data computations and verification. • Prepare basic reports.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with a proven record of high‑quality work, a hands‑on problem‑solving attitude, at least three years of clerical experience, strong computer and business software proficiency, and excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities. • Complete work with a high level of quality. • Possess at least three years of clerical experience. • Demonstrate strong computer and business software skills. • Exhibit excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and related applications.
