About the Role
As a Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor, you will coordinate, execute, and follow up on service jobs, supervise and schedule technicians, lead service programs that meet branch revenue, sales, and margin goals, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to completion. The role includes revenue responsibility, market potential maximization, clear communication, contract fulfillment, productivity improvement, safety compliance, and mentorship of both technicians and clerical staff. • Coordinate, execute, and follow up on fire sprinkler service jobs while supervising and scheduling technicians. • Lead service programs to achieve branch revenue, sales, and margin targets. • Implement action plans, mentor technicians, and ensure safety compliance. • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout order, delivery, installation, and service. • Resolve service and collection complaints quickly to enhance trust. • Set fair territories, performance measures, and motivate teams to exceed goals. • Train dispatch personnel and ensure proficiency in CRM and job procedures. • Identify hazards and notify corporate safety office for corrective actions.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 5‑10 years of industry experience, an associate degree or equivalent, knowledge of water‑based fire protection systems, demonstrated supervisory abilities, and availability for local/regional travel. Preferred qualifications include NICET Level II certification. • 5‑10 years of experience in large commercial fire protection environments. • Associate degree or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of wet, dry, pre‑action, foam fire systems and fire pumps. • Demonstrated supervisory/leadership skills (training, team building, presentations, negotiation). • Availability for local/regional travel, including nights/weekends. • Preferred: NICET Level II in inspection/testing of water‑based fire protection systems.
