About the Role
Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using earned value management principles. Supervise multi‑discipline teams of engineers, technicians, GIS analysts, designers, CAD staff, and sub‑consultants, coordinating work to ensure continuity, consistency, and quality. Design and review calculations, seal drawings and reports, and mentor junior staff while maintaining the ability to work independently. Maintain effective communication with clients, client staff, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams. Participate in business development activities, including engineering scope and fee preparation, proposal development, and marketing initiatives. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service for both internal and external stakeholders. • Manage water and sewer distribution, collection, and pump station projects from concept through construction. • Apply earned value management to plan, monitor, and close projects. • Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, GIS analysts, designers, and sub‑consultants. • Review and seal calculations, drawings, and reports; mentor junior staff. • Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and project teams. • Participate in business development: scope definition, fee and proposal preparation, marketing. • Provide hybrid work schedule with up to 40% remote and alternate schedule (every other Friday off).

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has six or more years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent. A Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, or the ability to become registered within six months. Demonstrated technical proficiency in hydraulics, industry standards, and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. • Require 6+ years water/wastewater engineering and project management experience. • Hold a BS in Civil Engineering and a Georgia PE license (or obtain within 6 months). • Demonstrated expertise in hydraulics and industry standards; strong written/oral communication.
