About the Role
• Drive project resourcing and budget management to maintain profitable, predictable performance. • Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines for seamless execution. • Oversee man‑loading planning to optimize resource allocation and efficiency. • Develop and maintain project schedules and cost‑control reports to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. • Proactively manage project changes to minimize risk and keep scope aligned. • Implement and reinforce HSE and quality procedures throughout all project phases. • Represent WSP in meetings and presentations, providing clear, timely updates to clients and stakeholders. • Respond promptly to scope, risk, and execution issues. • Capture lessons learned to promote continuous improvement. • Lead or support business development activities, including proposal preparation and project scoping.

What You Bring
Applicants must be able to perform key physical tasks, work in remote or inclement conditions, and may request accommodations for disabilities; employment equity principles guide our hiring process. • Possess a post‑secondary diploma or degree in Engineering. • Bring 7+ years consulting experience in mining or heavy‑industrial projects. • Have at least 3 years of project management experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams. • Hold EIT, CET, or P.Eng designation in BC (desired). • Demonstrate self‑motivation, client‑engagement confidence, and willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.
