About the Role
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing a large portfolio of accounts with complex billing requirements, ensuring a high degree of accuracy to protect company revenue. The role demands keen attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines. In this position you will oversee roughly 10,000 accounts that generate about $2.5 million in monthly revenue, verify the correctness of charges before invoicing, and produce customized invoices in PDF or Excel formats according to customer contracts. You will also investigate invoicing disputes, make manual accounts‑receivable adjustments, and reconcile complex transactions to maintain contractual compliance. Collaboration with the Collections team is essential to identify and resolve billing‑related issues and keep the aging report clean, while promptly addressing ticket requests from both internal and external stakeholders. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Manage approximately 10,000 accounts generating $2.5 million in monthly revenue. • Review and verify customer account charges before invoicing. • Create customized PDF and Excel invoices based on contract terms. • Research invoicing disputes and process manual accounts‑receivable adjustments. • Analyze and reconcile complex transactions to ensure contract compliance. • Work with Collections team to resolve billing issues and maintain clean aging. • Resolve ticket requests promptly across multiple systems. • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of billing or accounting experience, strong numerical skills, and three years of advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. A high level of detail orientation and the ability to analyze large data sets are required. • Demonstrate high‑level attention to detail and accuracy. • Possess minimum 2 years billing/accounting experience with strong numerical skills. • Have at least 3 years advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). • Ability to analyze large data sets.
