About the Role
Job Summary: Take ownership of delivering a first‑class customer experience for all parties involved in purchasing a new home from Taylor Wimpey, ensuring sales meet or exceed targets and profit is maximised. • Take ownership of the development, presentation, and entire purchase process. • Serve as the reference point for purchasers and all internal/external parties from first contact to completion. • Promote use of company‑recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines. • Meet all administrative and reporting requirements per company policies and timelines. • Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and other marketing activities to build a sales pipeline. • Proactively search for target customers, create appointments, and follow up leads to meet sales targets and measure customer satisfaction. • Undertake home inspections, introduce customers to their new homes, and provide after‑care at defined intervals post‑move‑in. • Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues, and others on site in line with legal and company requirements. • Follow company procedures, standards of performance, and the Sales Manual.
