About the Role

• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, repairing or replacing lighting, fixtures, plumbing, hardware, paint, furniture, and other items • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks using hand and power tools • Lift, push, pull, and maneuver items up to 80 lb; climb ladders up to 30 ft and work overhead as needed • Maintain detailed English records in logs and inspection sheets

What You Bring

We are hiring an overnight, beginner‑level Maintenance Technician who is looking to grow skills and build a career in hospitality. The resort provides an ideal environment to learn, take on responsibility, and thrive in a supportive setting. The position is full‑time, overnight (11 pm–7 am) and includes weekends, and is open to all U.S. hourly team members not covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Candidates must have at least one year of general maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 lb. • Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience • High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license preferred • Ability to stand, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, and lift/carry frequently throughout the shift • Availability for full‑time overnight schedule (11 pm–7 am) including weekends
