About the Role
• Assist with client management and develop/implement outreach, communication, and public relations plans. • Lead production and planning teams, develop concepts, write, edit, and coordinate graphic materials. • Coordinate and facilitate public meetings, hearings, open houses, focus groups, workshops, advisory committees, and other stakeholder engagements. • Gather project data, conduct political analysis, and develop/manage political outreach strategies. • Monitor media for project documentation and track relevant coverage. • Assemble distribution lists, manage external service providers (court reporters, videographers, acoustical consultants, subconsultants), and research industry news and trends for client projects.

What You Bring
• Consulting or creative agency experience, ideally in community engagement with local government. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred. • Media relations experience. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. • Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience. • Experience leading social media campaigns. • Service‑ and client‑oriented mindset; ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. • Self‑starter capable of working independently or within a team. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills.
