About the Role
• Support front desk duties including call distribution, mail handling, opening/closing procedures, and greeting guests. • Coordinate building conference room scheduling, onsite catering orders, and set/strike meeting spaces. • Participate in branch marketing and event planning. • Oversee daily maintenance of branch office machines and supplies. • Arrange employee travel for local branch and other campus personnel. • Purchase and inventory general office supplies for the Phoenix location. • Provide assorted administrative support to in‑house staff as needed. • Coordinate office events, conference room bookings, and on‑site catering orders. • Maintain office supplies, machines, printers, screens, and inventory management systems. • Coordinate corporate travel arrangements.
