About the Role
The Mechanical Site Supervisor will manage the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, coordinate with contractors and engineers, resolve on‑site issues, and keep detailed documentation while communicating progress and solutions to clients and stakeholders. • Oversee installation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment. • Ensure mechanical work meets quality standards and specifications. • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve on‑site mechanical issues. • Verify compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. • Identify and resolve mechanical conflicts, adjusting plans as necessary. • Prepare and present progress reports highlighting deviations and proposed solutions. • Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders. • Liaise with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction with mechanical aspects.
