About the Role

The Container Facility Manager is responsible for daily leadership of the facility, maintaining company service and safety standards. This role oversees all operational aspects, from resource scheduling to performance monitoring, while ensuring compliance with policies and safety programs. The position operates in a hybrid environment that blends office work with plant and field responsibilities. Employees routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines while also managing on‑site logistics. • Supervise daily operations of the container facility and support staff. • Assign tasks, schedule resources, and coordinate container deliveries and swaps. • Oversee purchasing of materials and compile financial data for capital assets. • Monitor departmental performance, identify issues, and implement process improvements. • Enforce company policies, safety programs, and compliance standards. • Coach, train, discipline, and evaluate employees; contribute to termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. • Determine training needs and provide instruction to new or less experienced staff. • Work in a hybrid office/plant environment using standard office equipment.
