About the Role
We are hiring a Front Desk Clerk for Mountain Run Resort. The role involves creating positive, memorable interactions with owners and guests, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and responding to their requests to ensure a vacation experience they’ll cherish. • Greet guests and owners upon arrival • Process check‑ins and check‑outs, generate folios, and collect payments • Log housekeeping and maintenance requests and route to appropriate departments • Restock front desk, prepare arrival packets, and provide area information • Answer and direct phone calls

What You Bring
