About the Role
The Homebuyer Concierge serves as the primary contact for homebuyers after a Purchase Agreement is signed, guiding them through construction and closing. This role coordinates communication among buyers and Lennar’s various departments while delivering outstanding service. Key duties include managing the buyer’s experience from contract execution through escrow, proactively reaching out to homeowners, and setting clear expectations with timely updates. The concierge also arranges introductions with Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing teams, ensures all sales files and documents are complete, and tracks Salesforce milestones such as conditional loan approval and milestone walks. • Serve as buyer’s primary point of contact from contract execution through closing. • Proactively manage backlog by contacting homebuyers and coordinating transactions to escrow. • Communicate clear expectations and provide status updates throughout the build process. • Coordinate introductions and meetings with Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing departments. • Ensure all sales files and required documents are complete, compliant, and ready for closing. • Track and facilitate Salesforce Purchase Agreement milestones, including conditional loan approval and milestone walks. • Maintain high‑level customer service and resolve buyer questions or concerns promptly. • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive mindset. • Participate in referral bonus programs, home‑purchase discounts, and “Everyone’s Included” day events.

What You Bring
Successful candidates need at least a high‑school diploma (college degree preferred) and 2‑3 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. The position requires regular on‑site attendance at communities and construction trailers, and may involve working more than eight hours a day, operating a vehicle, reading plans, climbing ladders, and lifting equipment over 50 lb. Basic dexterity for computer use is also required. • Possess a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 2‑3 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service abilities. • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce. • Meet physical requirements such as on‑site attendance, ability to lift 50 lb, climb ladders, and operate construction equipment.
