About the Role

The role supports the Automated Test initiative by validating factory wiring of electrical switchgear, analyzing schematics, generating documentation for programming test benches, and verifying test plans and configurations on initial builds of each customer design. • Review drawings and guide electrical engineers to meet Design For Test requirements. • Generate documentation and data needed for automated testing of each customer design. • Validate test plans and program automated test benches for each design. • Work safely with 120 VAC / 125 VDC, following proper PPE procedures. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the design‑for‑test process. • Collaborate with the software development team to create tools for automated schematic analysis and test‑plan generation.

What You Bring

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis, be able to work on‑site at the El Paso location on a hybrid schedule, and submit an online application; the position will remain open until filled. • Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time. • Strong technical background with experience in engineering sales or application engineering. • Deep understanding of system architectures, best practices, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical skills to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions. • Outstanding communication ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships through technical consultation. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment. • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
