About the Role
As a key part of the team you will travel to customer sites across the region to ensure water systems are safe and compliant. Your duties will include inspecting and cleaning water storage vessels, leading tank chlorinations, installing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves, and performing routine monitoring in line with HSG 274 Part 2 – such as flushing outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and sampling closed water systems. You will also use the SimPRO system to manage your workload, identify problems and proactively implement solutions, drawing on detailed knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274. • Travel to customer sites to inspect and clean water storage vessels, lead tank chlorinations, and service thermostatic mixing valves. • Perform routine monitoring tasks per HSG 274 Part 2, including flushing outlets, temperature checks, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and sampling closed water systems. • Use SimPRO system to manage workload and record work activities.

What You Bring
The role requires a full, clean UK driving licence and City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, or equivalent industry experience. Candidates must also possess the ability to work independently, spot issues early and maintain high standards of health and safety compliance. • Identify problems, propose proactive solutions, and apply knowledge of HSE ACoP L8 and HSG274. • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training (or equivalent experience). • Undergo enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance as part of the hiring process.
