About the Role

As a key part of our team, you’ll travel to customer sites, ensuring water systems are safe and compliant across the region. Your day will involve essential tasks such as inspecting and cleaning water storage vessels (including leading tank chlorinations), installing and servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves, and conducting routine monitoring in line with HSG 274 Part 2. This includes flushing water outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and sampling closed water systems. You will also use the SimPRO system to manage your workload, spot problems, and proactively find solutions, drawing on detailed knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274. • Travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant • Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including leading tank chlorinations • Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves • Conduct routine monitoring per HSG 274 Part 2 (flush outlets, monitor temperatures, descale showerheads, flush pressure vessels, sample closed systems) • Use SimPRO system to manage workload and document tasks • Identify problems and implement proactive solutions using knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274

What You Bring

The role requires a full, clean UK driving licence and City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, or equivalent industry experience. • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence • Possess City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training or equivalent industry experience • Undergo enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance
