About the Role
The role involves physical labor on construction sites, assisting the crew with the installation of utilities such as sewer, water, and storm drain, as well as checking grade, compacting, and shoveling. The position requires performing a variety of hands‑on tasks to support project progress and maintain site safety. • Control traffic near, in, or around the work zone. • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. • Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools according to project plans. • Measure, mark, and record openings or distances for layout areas. • Manually dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact/level earth to grade specifications. • Operate pumps, compressors, or generators to power tools, machinery, or move materials. • Clean tools, equipment, and work areas. • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
