About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, works closely with the Community Manager, manages staff and vendors, ensures safety compliance, and delivers high‑quality service to residents. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; conduct daily work‑progress checks. • Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management service requests and work orders. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily, correcting hazardous conditions. • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, adhere to budget, and maintain a well‑stocked shop compliant with OSHA standards. • Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative maintenance, and unit make‑ready status. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and unit inspections as needed. • Provide excellent customer service, ensure consistent resident communication, and enforce community policies. • Fulfill physical demands including moving 100+ lb objects, working in confined spaces, and being on‑call for overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
