About the Role

In this role you will support both day‑to‑day operational rhythms and larger strategic projects, gaining a complete view of how the business runs. As you build expertise you will identify opportunities to streamline and automate, get involved in cross‑functional initiatives, and take on more complex work. You will report to the Senior BizOps Manager, work closely with the Operations team, and have direct exposure to Sitemate’s founders, including the CEO. • Maintain financial hygiene: accounts payable, bookkeeping, expense reconciliation, month‑end close support. • Coordinate Sydney office operations, travel expenses, and internal events (team gatherings, annual offsite). • Compile cross‑functional performance data and prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports. • Prepare data and documentation for leadership meetings. • Execute workstreams for cross‑functional initiatives, including international operations support and market expansion. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. • Support ad‑hoc special projects and executive priorities. • Build scalable, systems‑driven processes.
