What You Bring
Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our Beachwood Park property, 253 apartment homes in Raleigh, NC who will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment. The qualified applicant must have experience diagnosing and repairing residential/commercial HVAC systems. We are looking for a candidate who is EPA certified, possesses strong HVAC and general maintenance skills, demonstrates a problem‑solving mindset, works well in a team, is technology savvy, and communicates effectively in English. • Career development, including Interplay Learning and in‑house HVAC 608 Certification • EPA Certified – required certification for handling refrigerants • HVAC expertise – experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps • General maintenance skills – plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more • Problem‑solving mindset – a go‑getter who takes initiative • Technology savvy – proficient with MS Office 365 and personal mobile device • Excellent communicator – proficient in English (written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
