About the Role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for overall site performance, ensuring health and safety standards are met, maintaining quality, and coordinating resources and teams effectively. • Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. • Supervise trades to maintain the highest quality of workmanship. • Lead, manage and motivate the on‑site workforce. • Keep site documentation current and enforce SHE and Covid‑safe protocols. • Organise labour, control quality and optimise the use of plant and machinery.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a construction‑related degree or comes from a trade background with construction management experience, a valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification and solid health‑and‑safety knowledge, including first aid. This role offers a strong pipeline of projects to develop your skills and support on‑site teams.
