About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance, and assists with make‑ready processes under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Perform daily on‑site maintenance, respond to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Conduct swimming‑pool cleaning, chemical logging, and exterior upkeep of grounds and breezeways. • Execute preventive‑maintenance programs and assist with unit turn (make‑ready) events. • Maintain organized, stocked maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA and safety standards. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative tasks, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and after‑hours repairs as needed. • Meet physical demands such as lifting 100 lb objects, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and being available for overtime, weekends, and night calls.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
