Base pay is $250 per week, complemented by a competitive commission structure and performance‑based incentives. Our training and support are designed to set driven reps up for success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer matching, and three weeks of paid training.
