About the Role

• Provide efficient support to Centrica Energy leadership team members. • Manage complex, ever‑changing diaries across multiple time zones. • Arrange international and local travel, creating detailed itineraries. • Prepare meeting papers, documents, and PowerPoint presentations. • Process purchase orders and follow up on related queries. • Maintain and update Centrica Energy distribution lists for new starters and leavers. • Draft Word and PowerPoint documents on behalf of senior leaders. • Submit and track expense reports accurately. • Assist the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and cover other Personal Assistants during absences. • Contribute to shared tasks requested by peers and senior staff. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support two senior leaders of the Centrica Energy Leadership Team. Based in our London office near Marble Arch, the role requires at least three days on‑site per week, handling confidential information with discretion, exercising strong initiative, and working independently with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality administrative support in a fast‑paced commercial environment. • Background in financial services or trading preferred. • Assertive, resilient, and able to work effectively with strong personalities. • Strong emotional resilience and ability to work independently with confidence. • Highly organized; capable of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing under pressure. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
