About the Role

The primary function is to implement the go‑to‑market strategy for the business, driving key customer relationships, negotiations and channel‑engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market‑share goals. • Meet sales targets for Bangalore and upcountry territories for low voltage products and solutions. • Manage empanelment of full PD solutions. • Identify and onboard channel partners and integrators for assigned products. • Map and target new customers, projects, and expansions within the territory. • Pursue opportunities, prepare proposals, and close sales in coordination with the Business Development Team. • Secure approvals from OEMs, PBs, end users, consultants, and utilities. • Provide technical support to partners and customers on product applications. • Track competitor activity, pricing, product trends, and channel developments. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Business Development to negotiate and close project sales.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree is required and a master's degree is highly desirable. Candidates should have 12–18 years of field‑sales experience and deep product‑application knowledge of low‑voltage switchgear, control products, LV drives, soft starters, MCBs, distribution boards, switchboards, circuit‑breaker components and motor‑control centers, as well as overall electrical industry expertise.
