About the Role

The Head of People Advisory role, a 12‑month maternity cover, will lead the understanding, development and delivery of People Advisory, transforming the approach and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will study and evaluate People services globally, propose a future delivery model, and lead the People Advisory team in line with the GBS strategy. Collaboration with senior leaders will drive organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and affordability, while supporting the leadership change journey and change‑management initiatives for the GBS strategy. You will use data and metrics to provide insights into trends and organisational health, develop and present regular insights to senior leadership and recommend service evolution. The role also fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement and learning. • Lead development and delivery of People Advisory across the enterprise. • Evaluate global People services and define future delivery approach. • Manage People Advisory team, aligning with GBS strategy and business goals. • Partner with senior leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement while ensuring affordability. • Support leadership change journey and change‑management initiatives for GBS strategy. • Analyse data and metrics to generate insights on organisational health and present recommendations to senior leadership. • Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement and learning.
