About the Role
The Sr Business Analyst Ops Technology drives fleet modernization projects by collaborating with IT teams to develop robust solutions, track key metrics, and report on project performance. The role leverages analytical expertise, application tools, and techniques to create services and analytical solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring product development aligns with design criteria and deployment timelines. Key responsibilities include interfacing with IT management to design scalable business processes, producing technical flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, and defining reporting metrics and calculations. The analyst extracts and analyzes data from source systems, writes technical specifications, creates report mockups and test scripts, and uses SQL and other query languages to mine data, identify performance trends, and recommend process improvements. Regular KPI reporting to leadership and ad‑hoc duties round out the role.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of business or technical analysis experience and three years of project management experience. Required skills include proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau, data‑modeling and workflow‑engineering capabilities, and strong SQL/SAS or advanced Excel expertise. Experience scripting in Python or R and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also desired.
