Job Highlights
About the Role
• Prepare complex mechanical layouts, bus connection details, sketches, 3‑D models, flat files, and drawings using CAD software. • Analyze and interpret customer inquiries throughout negotiation and manufacturing phases. • Develop special layouts and sketches for engineering tests to assess component performance. • Generate information for timely material procurement, manufacturing, and assembly installation. • Produce and load product structure bills of material into the business system. • Compile project data and create specifications, reports, and related documentation. • Assist in fabricating prototype parts and models. • Develop and maintain AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks and C# scripts linked to pick‑tables and smart strings.

What You Bring
• Associate’s degree in Engineering/Design Technology (completed within 6 months of hire). • Residence within a 50‑mile radius of Greenwood, SC (military exemption applies); no relocation or immigration sponsorship provided. • Minimum 1 year experience preparing complex layouts, circuit diagrams, sketches, and drawings. • Minimum 1 year experience with 3D CAD systems such as AutoCAD Inventor for electromechanical assemblies (preferred).
