About the Role
The current opening is for a Traveling General Handyman who will be assigned to full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States. The role involves moving between job sites and supporting a variety of renovation and build‑out tasks while maintaining the company’s standards of quality and professionalism. • Flooring: install VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base • Perform commercial renovations and build‑outs • Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and coordination • Adhere to OSHA safety requirements • Present a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers to build relationships

What You Bring
Successful candidates must be versatile tradespeople capable of performing a wide range of duties, follow OSHA safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships. Basic computer proficiency is required to document work and coordinate with project teams. • Carpentry: partition framing, metal/wood studs, basic cabinetry, countertops, doors and windows installation • Plumbing basics: replace/install sinks, faucets, toilets, and basic drainage/water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged) • Electrical basics: replace/install light fixtures, switches, outlets, handle basic data connections, diagnose minor issues (licensed electricians encouraged) • HVAC: knowledge of refrigeration systems
