What You Bring

Candidates must have sector‑specific expertise and relevant technical qualifications, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and broad knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure and property processes such as estimating, scheduling, contract administration, procurement and commercial reporting. Proven experience in project management on medium‑sized or complex projects, exposure to construction delivery, professional membership (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent, and a tertiary qualification or comparable apprenticeship are required. Mace welcomes diverse candidates and offers part‑time, flexible and hybrid working options. • Possess proficient knowledge and expertise in the specific sector/market of the role. • Hold relevant technical qualification or certification for the project portfolio. • Demonstrate strong understanding of health and safety rules and sector regulations. • Bring substantial experience in project management on medium‑sized or complex projects, or leading smaller projects. • Have experience in the construction delivery phase of projects. • Hold professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or local equivalent. • Earn a tertiary qualification in project management, construction or a related discipline, or possess equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship.
