About the Role
The analyst will regularly use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality‑check deliverables, and contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, as well as graphic and technical production. Projects may involve land planning, urban design, mixed‑use and residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and other community facilities. The role includes solving complex problems, assisting project managers, and collaborating across disciplines to realize client visions while developing familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards. Analysts will also learn software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel. • Use technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe suite) to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables. • Contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic/technical production. • Participate in projects such as land planning, urban design, mixed‑use residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and community facilities. • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. • Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
