About the Role
You will work a stable Monday‑Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts and overtime when necessary, at the repair and maintenance shop located at the Sioux Falls, SD hauling site. Each day you will service trucks and equipment that support over 20 million customers across the USA, using modern tools and procedures to maintain diesel and, at some locations, CNG fleet vehicles, taking pride in the impact on your community. Safety is the top priority: you will conduct thorough safety checks, maintain a clean and OSHA‑compliant work area, and follow established safety procedures on every task. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and parts • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Perform safety checks on all vehicles • Document parts usage and repair times on required paperwork • Assist senior mechanics on project work • Review and address driver vehicle inspection report repairs • Maintain a clean, OSHA‑compliant work area

What You Bring
To be considered, you need at least four years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be 18 or older, legally eligible to work in the United States, capable of meeting the physical demands (with accommodations if needed), and able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. The ideal team member is a collaborative player who also enjoys working independently, embraces variety and daily challenges, and demonstrates strong problem‑solving determination. The role requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, constant standing, walking, and grasping, with exposure to cuts, burns, chemicals, dirt, noise, weather extremes, and both indoor garage and outdoor environments. • Complete work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Minimum 4 years relevant mechanical experience • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Age 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to meet physical job demands (with reasonable accommodations) • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination • Team‑oriented mindset and care for coworkers • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Strong problem‑solving determination
