About the Role
Associate Photographers are responsible for collecting media for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Pro 3 Matterport, digital cameras, and iPads to create virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential homes. Each photographer works within a core territory, manages client appointments, and is remotely supervised by a local Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Produce high‑quality photographs that showcase homes and apartments. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointment efficiency. • Survey assigned market grids to identify and capture commercial property data. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect vehicles and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times. • Join conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to eight hours daily, as well as lifting equipment up to five pounds and performing occasional bending, stooping, and twisting. Photographers must be able to work and drive in all weather conditions and be available for rotating weekend schedules. Candidates need at least two years of professional experience, specifically in real‑estate photography, and must hold a FAA Part 107 drone certification (or obtain it within 30 days). Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management. • Minimum 2 years of professional real‑estate photography experience. • Drone photography with FAA Part 107 certification (or obtain within 30 days). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to lift ≤5 lb equipment and work outdoors year‑round, including rotating weekends.
