About the Role

• Support pursuit teams in capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation for project opportunities. • Assist in managing the Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, gathering information, drafting responses, and ensuring on‑time delivery. • Contribute to the layout and design of proposals and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. • Help maintain client and industry data, track solicitation status, and support business development systems. • Assist in developing and implementing client plans aimed at market expansion and relationship building. • Support the execution of marketing and branding efforts, such as social media, thought leadership, and internal campaigns. • Help create visually engaging marketing collateral, conference materials, and branded content for industry events. • Support internal communications initiatives, including webinars and key internal meetings. • Learn and share best practices in business development, marketing, and visual storytelling.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). • Excellent written communication and editing skills, translating technical content into clear, compelling messaging. • Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
