About the Role
• Implement and manage project control processes and procedures. • Oversee cost and change control, including change order review, negotiation and delay analysis. • Track change orders with the Project Manager and manage contingency draws. • Administer budget management, tracking, and invoice/payment application processing. • Update owner cost tracking software and produce weekly progress reports with the General Contractor. • Generate monthly management reports, earned value reports and review GC cost tracking reports. • Develop and maintain RFP/SOW/change order templates and support service agreement creation. • Coordinate proposal reviews, negotiations, contract execution and supplier delivery plans. • Monitor and report on long‑duration SOW progress and coordinate PO closure at project end. • Review financial reports for budget compliance and reconcile GC actual costs with GMP/SOV. • Perform contract administration including retention, T&Cs, insurance, allowances, contingencies and incentives. • Compile as‑built cost estimates, maintain benchmarking databases and control document records. • Manage on‑site document control, track change orders, invoices, lien releases and initiate close‑out processes. • Lead change control and cost meetings, attend risk meetings and maintain the risk log. • Monitor schedule progress in the field, ensure QA/QC compliance and adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

What You Bring
The role is for a Senior Project Controls Manager who will support cost and schedule controls on large construction projects or programmes, bringing construction expertise and experience in cost/change control, budgeting, reporting and contract administration. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field. • 5‑7 years of relevant experience in project controls for large construction projects. • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations. • Expertise in industry‑standard cost, planning and progress measurement software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). • Strong self‑organization, coordination and planning abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Excellent communication skills.

Benefits
