About the Role
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment • Perform conveyor work, including setup, remodel, and assembly of new conveyors • Install racking systems • Conduct welding tasks as needed • Provide general labor and job site clean‑up • Move and relocate machinery • Execute shutdown work • Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Most positions are first‑shift with a pay range of $25‑35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
