About the Role
The Industrial Account Manager will join the Lenox Industrial Bandsaw Sales Team as a remote employee. In this role, you will demonstrate product value through trials and cost‑savings analyses, identify high‑potential sales opportunities, and recommend cost‑effective solutions to improve customers’ sawing operations. • Identify high‑potential sales opportunities and conduct thorough needs analysis. • Recommend cost‑effective products to improve economic efficiency in sawing operations. • Develop and prioritize territory plans based on opportunities and management direction. • Create custom marketing plans using internal resources to drive field sales activity. • Update, analyze, and revise account plans on a quarterly basis. • Build and influence relationships at all distributor levels and with key end‑user personnel. • Support strategic and national account sales efforts locally. • Monitor and resolve distribution and delivery issues. • Provide ongoing sales service including analysis, inventory control, and promotions. • Participate in 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. • Utilize a digital learning portal, Lean Academy, and online university for development.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate loves learning, embraces innovation, and has a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent trade experience), 2‑5 years of industrial sales experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the technical ability to work with tools and machines while managing time and priorities effectively. • Demonstrate Lenox product value with trials and cost‑savings analysis reports. • Hold a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field, or 5‑7 years equivalent trade experience. • Possess 2‑5 years of direct industrial sales experience (strongly preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Demonstrate technical and mechanical ability to work with tools and machines. • Exhibit strong time‑management skills and the ability to set priorities.
