About the Role
The IT Engineering Systems Support Analyst will join Parsons’ engineering technology team. Reporting to a supervisor, the analyst provides technical support for engineering systems software and hardware, ensuring reliable operation across offices and field locations. Typical duties include evaluating issues and small projects, applying standard and non‑standard support procedures, and working directly with end users both on‑site and virtually. What You Bring
Candidates should hold an associate’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline and possess at least two years of progressive experience in engineering, design, or application systems (e.g., ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CAD). Preferred credentials include vendor certifications (Autodesk, Bentley, Intergraph, ESRI) and Microsoft or SQL certifications, as well as knowledge of 2D/3D workstations, BIM processes, and software deployment tools like Appsetra. • Hold an associate’s degree in a relevant technical field and 2+ years of engineering or IT experience. • Experience with engineering design applications (ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CAD). • Possess or pursue vendor certifications (Autodesk, Bentley, Intergraph, ESRI) and Microsoft/SQL certifications. • Knowledge of advanced 2D/3D workstations, BIM processes, and software deployment tools (e.g., Appsetra). • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills within a technical team.
