About the Role

• Support Inside Sales with opportunity management, lead qualification, account management, and pipeline tracking. • Analyze regional pipeline, identify bottlenecks and trends to improve forecasting. • Conduct fact‑finding research on key projects to support strategic sales initiatives. • Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track opportunities and pipeline progression. • Provide research‑driven insights to Inside and Field Sales teams to drive customer engagement. • Develop sales presentations, project overviews, and research summaries for internal and external use. • Participate in customer outreach to gather insights and improve lead qualification. • Attend weekly team and department meetings to understand sales strategy, pipeline health, and forecasting. • Apply academic knowledge to real‑world sales and business development scenarios.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Inside Sales Team and gain hands-on experience in pipeline management, construction project research, and customer engagement. This early talent career program provides exposure to lead generation, opportunity management, sales strategy, and fact‑finding research for key projects, creating value for our Field Sales Teams. The intern will also build a strong foundation in sales pipeline management, learning how opportunities progress from lead to close. • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify key insights. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling mindset. • Strong organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple tasks. • Available to work a 40‑hour week throughout the summer. • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field at an accredited university. • Graduate students or undergraduates with at least one full year of coursework preferred. • Prior coursework or experience in sales, market research, or business analytics is a plus.

Benefits
